Before the prices, a word
We make Trackoria as a team of two, mostly in the evenings, often between two episodes. There is no advertising and no investor behind the app. Subscriptions are what let us pay for the servers and the catalogues, and keep Trackoria growing.
Tracking your works and keeping your list will never cost anything. That is something we truly care about.
With Trackoria+, we are gradually unlocking everything that goes further: your months and years of tracking instead of just your last seven days, evenings composed for you, Trackdle every day, and plenty more to come.
If you take Trackoria+, you directly help us keep the app alive and add new features.
And if you don't, no worries. You are here, you use Trackoria, and that already means a lot to us.

In plain terms
- The price
- €2.99 per month or €29.99 per year, all taxes included. The price that counts is the one shown by the App Store or Google Play at the time of purchase.
- Who bills you
- Apple or Google, never Trackoria. The subscription follows your store account, not your Trackoria account.
- Renewal
- Automatic at each due date, at the same price, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancelling
- Any time, from your Apple or Google subscription settings. Trackoria+ stays open until the end of the paid period, which remains due.
- Getting a refund
- Requests go through Apple or Google, under their own rules. Trackoria cannot refund or extend a subscription.
- Changing your mind
- By subscribing, you ask for immediate access and waive the fourteen-day right of withdrawal (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
- Deleting your account
- Doesn't cancel the subscription. Cancel it first from Apple or Google, otherwise charges continue.
- Can the price change?
- Any increase is announced beforehand and only applies at the next renewal. You can cancel before then.
- A new phone
- One subscription per store account. "Restore my purchases" finds it again on a device signed into the same Apple or Google account.
- What you're paying for
- App features, not movies or shows. They evolve with Trackoria, and the essentials stay free.
- A disagreement
- [email protected], category "Subscription". Then the CM2C consumer mediator, whose details are in the legal notice.
