Delete your Trackoria account

From the app

1. Open Settings, then Security.
2. Tap Delete my account.
3. Confirm with your password, or with the code sent by email if your account has no password.

A 30-day window to change your mind

Your account is deactivated immediately and an email confirms the erasure date. Signing back in before that date restores your account and all of your data. Past that date, the erasure is permanent.

What gets erased

Your profile, your list and progress, your ratings and reviews, your lists and favorites, your badges, your notifications and your settings. Support requests sent with your email address are kept for 12 months after they are closed, then deleted.

Can't do it from the app?

That's the case if you can no longer sign in. Send us your request from the support form in that case, with your account's email address. We reply to that address to check it is yours, then start the deletion with the same 30-day window. For an account created with Apple and a hidden address, give the relay address Apple provides, shown on iPhone in Settings › [your name] › Sign in with Apple › Trackoria.
